WWF educates community on endangered species

The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) has successfully engaged over 50,000 people on their Viber channel, which aims to provide a deeper understanding of environmental preservation.

The World Wildlife Fund Inc. (WWF) is the leading non-governmental organization working in the field of wilderness preservation..

They have identified a need to better communicate and engage with their community.

To address this need, they have implemented an end-to-end platform for community management, built on the GritHut platform. The first module of this solution is a Viber chatbot, which allows WWF to keep in touch with their community. Users can engage with WWF through quiz games on Viber, and those who answer correctly can win certificates. Additionally, WWF can send out messages to their community members through the chatbot, in addition to their email campaigns."

The solution includes a map that showcases the locations where WWF operates in Bulgaria.
