Stage 1: Solution Discovery
During this phase, we work closely with you to identify your expectations for the
solution, and how it will solve your business problems.
Discovering business needs
By conducting interviews and meetings, we collect information and document about
your business processes.
Requirements Definition
We define your functional requirements – what functionality it must have and how
it will be used. We define also the non-functional requirements: the security and
reliability requirements, performance requirements and requirements for integration
with other systems.
Solution Proposal
On this ground we can make an accurate estimate for the budget and the schedule
of the project. Our discovery phase finishes with the solution proposal.
Stage 2: Solution Design
Solution Architecture
Using the data collected in the discovery phase, our solution architects design
the architecture of the solution, based on one or more Microsoft enterprise servers
and technologies.
Technology Validation
We perform a technology validation in order to find out if we are on the right track
early in the solution implementation cycle.
Prototypes
At this stage we will make a prototype of the solution, giving you clear idea of
what can be accomplished and how it will look like at the end.
Project Plan and Schedule
The project manager, based on the input from the architects, create a detailed project
plan in Project Professional. He/She plans carefully the required activities, the
members of the project team, the project schedule and the milestones.
Documentation
Out experts will create the solution architecture documentation, technical architecture
and business processes flowchart.
Stage 3: Solution Development & Implementation
Development preparation
Initially, a test lab and development lab is built, in which our infrastructure
consultants will install and configure all components, which are part of the envisioned
architecture.
Solution Development
Our development team builds the solution in a piece by piece manner, enabling you
to have an early test version and to provide your valuable feedback.
Solution Testing In the test lab environment, our Quality Assurance team
tests and validates the solution in order to ensure that the required quality level
is met and the solution is aligned with your business needs.

Stage 4: Solution Stabilization and Validation
Solution Stabilization After all functional requirements are met, our development
and test teams continue their work to further stabilize the solution. Test team
carries our all test scenarios according to our test plan. The development team
is required to solve all of the discovered issues before the solution is released.
Acceptance scenarios
Key users from your organization will carry out the acceptance scenarios, proving
that the solution is working properly and it is ready for deployment.
Stage 5: Solution Deployment
Core services deployment
Infrastructure consultants will install and configure the core services of the solution
in the production environment. They will integrate the solution with your existing
infrastructure.
Services configuration
Most of the deployment will be performed automatically by installation programs
& deployment scripts, which will apply any configuration and customization from
the test lab to the production environment.
Solution Pilot
Several key users from different roles will work with the solution in controlled
environment for a selected period of time, in order to check if the solution is
ready to be release for everyone.
Documentation
Detailed deployment guide and complete configuration guide are creating during this
phase.
Stage 6: Business people Training and Documentation
Business user documentation
In order to ensure easier user adoption, we create a usage guide, which will assist
the business users in their work with the solution.
Technical user documentation
Additionally, operations and administrators guides are provided, in order to help
you administrators with the ongoing support and operations of the solution.
Business users or Administration Training
If required, our certified trainers can deliver training, focused on usage scenarios
of the solution or on the support and operations.
Stage 7- Post deployment Solution Support
Warranty
Out solutions have a warranty period, which is typically two or three times longer
than the solution implementation lifecycle. During the warranty period, we are committed
to correct every solution defect free of charge, provided that it is proven to be
part of the solution scope.
Support Services If required, support services can be provided after the
solution implementation. Support includes proactively monitoring of the solution
components, in order to ensure that the solution continues to operate without interruptions.
Support can define quick response in cases of urgency and critical incidents.
