process based on SharePoint 2010 in Bulgaria
Abilitics has developed sales force automation and sales support management processes
in one of the leading Telecommunication companies in Bulgaria. The core sales process
spreads across the Corporate Sales, Sales Support, Customer Retention and the Credit
Department.
As of today, all of the Telecom’s sales are going through the SharePoint
automated process before they are recorded in the company’s CRM and ERPs for billing
and future services.
The solution is based on SharePoint Server 2010 and provides the following benefits

platform based on SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services and SharePoint’s Excel Services
and Performance Point Services.
